Shipping and FAQS


Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you have received our ‘order shipped’ email, delivery times are as follows:

Royal Mail First Class  Tracked and Signed for(1-2 working days): FREE

Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for (3 – 5 days delivery aim): £9.20

Rest of world
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for (5 – 7 days delivery aim): £10.65


You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of that item or to exchange. Delivery costs will be refunded only in cases of our error (e.g. faulty product/we send the wrong size/pattern etc.)

We will refund the full value of your order (minus shipping costs if applicable) within 3 days of receipt of the returned package. Where payment has been made by credit or debit card, we will refund the payment to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods.

Due to the nature of the product we can only accept the return of unworn garments, unless covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee on your first pair (you can also return your first product even if you have worn them!). Items returned must be in their original condition, including any packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return and only items in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes and we recommend that you send goods via recorded delivery as we will not be held liable for goods that are lost in transit.


How do I place an order?
At Sovereign Stock Ties we strive to make your shopping experience as easy and secure as possible. Browse the site; either using the categories listed in the menu or by looking at our most recently added products, and add the item to your cart. Once you have finished shopping simply go to the checkout, choose the method of shipping you would like and continue to payment. If you are happy with the order, confirm the payment and the item(s) will be dispatched to you.

Is your website safe?
Yes. Our payments are managed by our third party partner PayPal so we do not store any of your card details. If you have an account then you can pay with this or check out as a guest to pay with Visa, Amercian Express or Maestro.

When will I know my order has been shipped?
You will be informed as soon as your order is packed and on its way over to you when you receive the ‘order dispatched’ email from us.

Do I have to pay customs / import charges?
Import duties and customs policies vary widely from country to country and as a result we have no control over their charges nor are we able to estimate the cost of these charges. Your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied which, unfortunately, we have no control over.

Duties are charged once the parcel arrives at its destination, all of which must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order to avoid any unexpected costs.

When will an item be back in stock?
The majority of our products are limited edition so most of the time if it’s gone, it’s gone! Do drop us a line or sign up to our newsletter if you’re interested in learning about new product launches.
